The federal government has introduced a program wherein new real estate agents are offered assistance to help increase their sales, provide them training and guidance, as well as start-up costs.
“The Real Estate apprenticeship grant is one of the few grants that actually offer financial assistance for people who seek profit. Usually, government awarded grants are provided only for non-profit individuals or institutions.”
Based on the type of grant applied, each beneficiary receives up to $7000 in various forms such as licensing fee compensation, free consultation, software and online access to a real estate mentoring service, and many more.
